I’m looking to adopt a juvenile sulcata! Typically about 6” long or above. Please let me know if you have/ know of one available!

People don't tend to sell them at that size. Breeders and re-sellers sell hatchlings, and then some people realize they've bitten off more than they can chew and try to re-home 12 inch+ ones. At the 4-8 inch size, they are still manageable and people are still in love with the tiny baby they raised. No harm in looking, but you are not likely to find one that size.

@Markw84 still has some that are exceptionally well started and probably nearing the 4 inch mark by now. I'd check with him. They aren't as big as what you are looking for, but they are several months old and much bigger than the usual tiny hatchlings.
