It's a quarter till 10.
Its 45 degrees.
This is most unusual.
I've got my torts locked up in my night houses outside.
This is by far their coldest night.
Even with those CHEs, I'm sure they're uncomfortable.

I hate it getting so cold in florida because of all those poor reptiles. Sure hope they all make it.
I believe iguanas are an invasive species in Florida, along with the pythons that are eating the native fauna. So, to me, this is a good thing.

Yes they are invasive. But I still like them being there and it's pretty easy to eradicate the problem without having to kill them. They ask people all the time when the cold really hits to pull them out into the sunlight. So I dont think they are worried about them being there.

I probably would end up keeping the best specimen I found as a rescue!
I saw someone selling big "red" males recently.
Dumb.
You can catch one for free. And the red ones are dominant males. The color goes away about 24-48 hours after you catch them.
You'll have a big, brownish green pissed off lizard.
