Leopard Tortoise Gender Question. Male or Female?

I always feel confused about leopard tortoises' gender. I know majority of males have long tails and "V" shape shell notches; and females always have short tails and "U" shape notches.

However, I can't determine the gender of the Gpp leopard tortoise in pictures below. Its shell is 13''. However, I have never seen it mounted on other tortoises, or anything came out from its anus. (My 10'' Gpb males mount on anything) Its plastron is not very concave, but I can feel the concave slightly.

Could you tell me your thoughts please?

Thank you so much!

I think it's a male.

But whatever it is.....a very warm welcome welcome to the forum!

Thank you Tidgy's Dad! I wondered it was a male too, because the notch is "V" shape. However, the tail size made me confused :)
I should point out I'm 50/50 on these, so it's probably female.
Some of these others know more than I, especially about Leopards.

This tortoise is female without a doubt.

At this size, the tail would be much larger extending at least to the tortoises heels when tucked in if it were a male. There really isn't any indication of male that I can see in this tortoise. All signs point to female.
