Okay this has happened every single time I'm tried to post today. I'll press the "Post Reply" button and it just says "Loading please wait" until I refresh or go to another section of the forum. It never says my post goes through, but when I go back my post is there.
(Do you get what I'm saying? I don't know why I'm having such a difficult time trying to explain this haha)

Is it just my computer?

I get it quite a bit too, however, I don't wait. I "copy" my answering post, then open a new window with the Tortoise Forum and "paste" my reply on a new answer. It always goes through right away. Then I go back to the original window and delete that post, which is still waiting.

I can't believe that It's not happening to me this time. It's just running very slowly, but I kind of figured that it was my computer until I started going to other sites and they ran faster. Poor Josh, another problem to be fixed.

Me too! If I refresh right after it gets stuck it is there fine though.
