Made a new enclosure for my RT!!!

Hi! I made my RT a new enclosure and I was wondering If there was anything that I needed to fix/change. Also I had a question on lighting, I use a 50 watt bulb on the right side of the enclosure for basking, but the enclosure is far to big for the bulb to spread heat to the whole enclosure and it is too cold on the cool side. What should I do??
