Is my radiated star tortoise a male or female? I think is a she. Not really sure, what do you guys think? 😀

Star tortoises are a different species than radiated tortoises.

Your tortoise is still a juvenile. No one can sex it at this size and age. It will be years before you know the sex. They all look female as juveniles.

Radiated need to be at least 12" SCL before you can begin guessing.

I agree, many don't reach maturity till 20 years old. If I had to hedge a guess I would suggest that the shallow angle on the anal scutes would indicate male but its far too young to tell.
