Just curious, how does she/he carry his tail when walking? The size in the photos leads me to guess female. How much does she/he weight?

I'm with you, that was my first thought. The tail doesn't look all that big to me to be male. The vent hmmm, kinda in the middle more then towards the base but scutes seem more female.
