Male or Female?

We recently purchased these sulcata from a person locally in Kansas City. They are nearing 10 inches. I keep going back in forth on whether these guys are females, males or a pair of male and female. What do you guys think?

We need non-blurry, well lit pictures of the tail. Try holding the tortoises head up with the plastron facing camera, in the sun.

I can't make a good determination with these photos, but I'm also leaning female based on what I can infer from these pics.

Agreed with tom. Need full pics of plaston. And tails would be good. Cant see the length of gullars in first pic. Also is either concaved.

I had a hard time getting pictures which included the tails. I'll try and get better shots. Thanks so much.
