My little daredevil loves flipping over now. I have made it 100% flip proof minus his new hut which I am noticing he trys to climb up the sides to get on top of it. Watched the cameras and I am impressed that he turned himself back over by myself. Hopefully he learns his lesson….

the last time my boyfriends mom had to flip him back over. Such a bad baby stage!!! I hate it.

update: will be removing hut for a more safe non flip hide to prevent him climbing on.

we built an edge around the enclosure so our Charlotte can't raise up vertically enough to tip over.

Sometimes we have to forget about aesthetics and decoration and re do everything in a HABITAT to keep a tortoise from flipping and keep it safe.
Any object that he climbs should be removed. Anything that he climbs that can't be removed needs to be modified.
At least until the behavior stops.
