Map turtle needs help

I just got a baby map turtle but it looks sick. He has white spot on his shell and he doesn't eat at all. I really don't know what to do. If somebody knows how to deal with this problem please let me know.

How did you acquire him? What type of set up is he living in? Is he the only turtle in the enclosure? How long has he been in this state?

I have a 100 gallon tank for four turtles. Two are big already. I just get this map turtle an another southern painted turtle for a month. I isolade these two small turtles from big ones. The map turtle has that since I got him. My other three turtles r no problem.

I think your map needs a separate tank with a selection of hiding places and a good basking area. What are you feeding him?

Since I got him till now he didn't eat anything yet
