Material question

I’m building an indoor garden for my tortoise this is going to be an extension on his current enclosure. I didn’t want to use wood as I’ll need to water the grass but could I use concrete or would plastic be better? Or does anyone else have a suggestions

I use slumpstone block. The faux wood decking planks can work too.

There are some great upvc raised garden beds you can use but you would need to line the bottom with something like pond liner
Here is a picture a member posted a while back. This is a Lifetime product which I couldn't find in the UK but there are similar available on Amazon and other UK companies
