I recently went to visit Swords and Dreams Reptile Rescue in Milwaukee and I just wanted to spread the word about this place. The owner Tom loves to talk about reptiles. He uses funds from his shop to take in unwanted pets and nurse them back to health, then find them a loving and responsible family. He has one yellow foot (I think, I'm new to torts) and 4 sulcatas (about 4-5yo); the one I saw looked really healthy. There were also a few RES, iguanas, beardies, and pythons. Anyone looking for a reptile in east/central Wisconsin should check this place out, or shop there (he sells swords, dreamcatchers, gargoyles, etc and pet supplies) to support the rescue. There are too few places out there willing to do what Tom does.
