Cypress mulch no more!

I swear to god I've called 1000 home depots looking for cypress mulch and NONE of them have it! Do you guys know of any stores in Bristol, CT or surrounding areas that may have cypress mulch?

Would this work?

Would this mulch work for baby red-foot tortoises or medium sized russian tortoises?

I live in NY and found huge bags at lowes for like 3$ a piece. I would check out lowes, they should have it.

It's a regional thing for both Lowe's and Depot. They don't carry it out here in SoCal, that I can find

Also look for Eucalyptus. That's fine to use, too, if you can find it. That's what I used the one time Lowe's didn't have cypress.

I'm pretty sure that is what I get. [it'd be nice if they showed a picture of the packaging, huh?] But I believe I pay $2.30 plus tax.

yeah it would be nice if they showed the packaging! How many cubic feet do you think I would need to get around 4-5 inches in an enclosure that's 60x30x12 ( lxwxh ) ?

2 bags should do it, I would think. I mean, the stuff is so cheap, it certainly wouldn't hurt to get 3 bags. Its not like you won't eventually use it anyway.
