Musk turtle sex

Hi can anyone help me with the sex of this musk turtle?

I was expecting something completly different
Based on the sexual charateristics it looks female but let's ask @Moozillion.

Looks female to me. For male I would expect a much bigger tail.

My GF keeps telling me size doesn't but after being on this forum for so long, now I am not so sure

I agree with @Moozillion and the others, right now the turtle looks female. What is the straight carapace length of the turtle? If it's much under 3" SCL, I would go with too early to tell.
