I have a baby sulcata not quit a year yet. I used to see him eat all the time and now i never see him eat but he is still gaining weight and poops ALOT! can this mean he may be just a shy eater because I sometime will see him on his food and not eating it though? and also for babys if you have that tan hard food that name starts with M do you wet it doun for them or just give them it whole?

for our hatchling, we have a one-second rule for the soakings for the Mazuri. If we soak it too much it becomes to mushy. It's less messy and easier for the torts to eat if we don't soak it so much. (but it's super humid here)

Does the food disappear? If yes, and he's gaining weight and pooping, then he must be eating it.

I soak the Mazuri until its mushy then mix it with some greens.
