This is the first bouretti I've hatched! I've been getting Cuora galbinifrons for years, but this is the first bouretti. The bouretti adults are fairly young, but I g C_bouretti baby 8-15 C.jpg C_bouretti baby 8-15 P.jpg uess they're growing up!

Fantastic. A very intriguing and spectacular species to see hatched. Congratulations on this achievement.

Now hopefully you have picturata and hatch some of those. Which seem to be the trickiest of the galbinifrons SSP.

Thanks all! Nope, no picturata any more! I had a few but was getting no results, so sent them off to a (hopefully) better keeper. Gotta thin out the herd every now and then.

Melody, you are amazing! Please let me know if you decide to thin out any of your Galbies! Your Bourreti is gorgeous!!! How long have you had the adults before they bred for you?
