Hi I have a Hermann tortoise who is now 5 years old she lives inside at nighttime due to the fear of foxes. She had a hutch in the garden that I put her into during the day.

I am looking to hibernate her for the first time this year. I’m unsure about whether she is big enough to safely hibernate?

I have attached a picture of her.

Any tips etc greatly appreciated.
