To decorate my pumpkin this year, I decided to make a piñata. I cut all the fringes out of crepe paper (streamers) and hot-glued them to the pumpkin (no carving involved). The top cone part is made from a cardboard toilet paper roll. I drew the eyes with a Sharpie and cut them out and hot-glued them on as well. Very easy to do; cutting the crepe paper was the most time consuming part.
