The bottom, and the outer walls. I've caulked. Before I put my lower nailer down. Then I'll insulate and put inner walls. And caulk again. All I've done a little different is move the door off center so the off cut from the insulation would fit. Trying to use what I can of it.

He looks really good. You've done a great job with him. Depending on where you live and how much time he has to stay inside the box, I think it's too small for him. If you live in a hot weather state where he will just sleep in it on a cool night, it's ok. But if you live in a cold snowy state where he will have to spend days in there it's too small in my opinion. Bob was 100 pounds and he's always had a 20'X12' heated and insulated shed because we live in the PNW where it freezes and snows. Bob would go out in the cold or snow for a bit but then he was in his shed. It was big enough that he could pace or walk around and make a big mess of it. He had a lot of room to mess around. I am only speaking for Bob when I say he wouldn't stay in that box you're building.
I understand you are following Tom's advice. And it looks good, you are a good carpenter. I mean no disrespect, it's just my personal opinion and my experience with Sulcata. BTW, welcome....:)

That looks absolutely perfect. Once you add in the insulation and button it up, Dozer is going to be nice and warm on our cold CA winter nights.

Your corners look symmetrical and perfect. I admire a perfect corner… :) I get a little OCD when I build mine and I obsess over every little imperfection. Your box has no imperfections and that makes the OCD in me happy.

Have you picked a color for the outside yet? Got your heating stuff all sorted?

Here's the insulation. I'm gonna alumitape it all before the inner walls. As for the color. I really like that " dirt green" of yours. OCD yes I can relate. Hi Maggie. I live in central california. The pic of dozer was a couple days ago while I was working on his nite box. Weather not severe where I live. Thanks for the tips.
