My Sulcata has a lump on his neck

Help my Sulcata has a lump on his neck .
He eats well and does everything fine .
Except that he has a lump seems like abrasion on the TOP of his head .
There is no open wound

Is there any chance the tortoise got a splinter of substrate in the neck there? Whatever may have caused the wound, it looks quite swollen which could indicate an infection. If it gets any more swollen, it could possibly affect his ability to breathe. It might be a good idea to take him to a vet for an evaluation/diagnosis if it doesn't get less swollen in a day or two. Meanwhile, soak in warm water to increase circulation and help fight the infection/swelling.
