my tortoise isnt pooping.... help?

I own a lovely 6 year old African spurred.. I let my friend watch her last week and he had forgotten to take her lamp and lettuce.... and its been a week and she hasn't pooped.. I have her soaking in her tub. And her mouth is dark as well.. I'm worried and would like to avoid a vet visit... I love my and am really worried.. any advice or tips?

Often a dark mouth and "no poop" is a sign the tortoise has eaten it's own poop. Is he otherwise acting normal? Eating and active?
