There's no rush.
We're getting along fabulously.
AND the rainy season will soon be here. That's party time for Redfoot. But it also means that his shell fungus might try to come back.
Julio sleeps in one of the houses at night.
Wild Child sleeps in mud puddles and inside the wet bushes.
He avoids sleeping in the houses. Even when it's cold.
That was my next question. If Wild Child used a night box?

I had Queen Bertha for quite some time, but mostly because she was very sick. And then for a while to find her a nice place to live out her retirement years.
I AM currently seeking a few more animals to add to my permanent collection.
Now that I'm retired and all......
I think 4 or 5 with just 1 Male. Or no males at all

This morning I was out in the pen to re fiberglass one of my two pools. The fiberglass has started to delaminate from the cement after nearly 5 years in the direct Florida sunlight.
I felt a tug on my shoe at one point and it was Julio biting me as she likes to do. (She really doesn't like me much)
Then, to my surprise I also saw the baby. Wild Child.
Not such a baby anymore.
I think he was hiding in one of the "big boy" houses. The one behind me.
If so, that'd be a first.
Only Julio uses those two houses.
I guess I need to replace those storm flaps, too.

This is nice for them. Julio has a really high domed shell. How old is she?

Update.
The member who was going to take the WILD CHILD has had a change of situation.
I totally understand.
So, I'll be keeping him.
I in fact, have four again. Three 1.5 ish year olds. And Julio. All "Northerns".
I got two from SOUTHERN REPTILES. Not far from me. He has NICE animals.
And I have an ad on Miami Craigslist seeking a few more that need homes.
I'm also going to entertain taking in another sick animal.

That's great! I felt really bad on backing out on Wild Child but I know you understand.
Show us some pics of the crew.
I know of one that should have a new home.
You cant see it very well but look at the enclosure :(
Actually this pic of the enclosure doesn't look to bad.
The trees in the background the torts cant get there. I posted in the CDR about the sully enclosures. I am going to try and get things changed there.
It is a tourist trap down in the Keys. They care for the animals just fine. They have fallen short on the torts.

RARE sighting today!
All four Redfoot outside seen at one time.
I can't even begin to tell you how rare this is!
Wild Child is in the foreground.
Julio is the larger one.
It had just rained....And its Sunday....All fruit.
Might've had something to do with it?
(I can go a week without even seeing one of them.)

I saw the WILD ONE again this morning.
Actually all four came out of hiding for banana and Mazuri.
His fungal issue is gone and his shell is nice and smooth.
He also has some nice red colorations.
One of the tortoises that went to @StacieJ must have been the mother.
I remember one of them was brightly colored.
I had thought that my female JULIO was the mother, but she has never dropped another single egg. And I now don't think that she ever has.
