Naming Hermann's Subspecies

Hi there! I am wondering if someone could clarify the type of subspecies of my little Hermann's tortoise -- one photo was taken in direct sunlight, the other was indoor lighting. I assume Eastern, but any other advice would be greatly appreciated!

What were you told he is? Looks like an eastern to me.

Its fb... they don't usually say hey your tort is actually a "fill in blank" lol.. just that he wasn't an eastern. Looks like one to me tho

He's definitely not a western because his black bands are broken. He could be a dalmatian but Im no expert. Take a look at hermannihaven.com. It shows all the subspecies
