Need help confirming these veggies. (Just wanting to be safe)

So I bought a different brand of spring mix for my baby red foot. Just wondering if these are safe as they look so different from anything in the old brand, and I wanted to confirm with some others before just throwing it in.

I think they are baby lettuces but I'm still newer at this, so any help is appreciated.

The ingredients should tell you the exact types of lettuces that are used in each mix. Take a pic of that and someone with a good plant knowledge should be able to answer definitively.

I wouldn't call being new and unsure over thinking.

No problems ? there are various types of lettuce, but the one good thing is that they are all “safe”. you won’t find a poisonous (or do not feed lettuce). Some might not be as healthy, but non are totally bad.
