New and could use help please

Hello. I have been reading threads for a short time and decided I really need to join to hopefully get some answers. Our family has a greek tortoise. We thought we knew the kind and the sex, but now not so sure. We could use help in the subspecies, sex and the correct housing our Speedy should have. Any guess as to the age as well, would be helpful. We live in Southern California, however in the mountains at 6000 feet.
