Hey, okay so I made a not to big not to small outdoors enclosure containing zoo med mulch underneath that is like floor dirt, Desert hut, screen lid to protect the baby Sulcata from natural predators, walk in water bowl, cinder blocks as the walls and cinder block as a food plate. Now my problem is that my baby Sulcata doesn't seem to like it he's been scared and shy, before that he was in a 40 gallon terrium thriving but now all of a sudden his behavior has changed. Any opinions? please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.

They feel vulnerable outside, and they also don't like being moved to an area they are not familiar with. In time, your tortoise will become familiar with that area and feel more comfortable.

Show us a picture of the enclosure and tell us where you are for more tips.

Hello and Welcome. If this is for a tort younger then two then it should be housed in a closed chamber indoors with short daily trips outside when it's warm enough. I pic of tort and both indoor and outdoor enclosure would help
