Hi everyone! I hope I’m doing this right. I’m fairly new to tortoise keeping. Started with a leopard in early 2020 and spiraled from there. I currently have three PP leopards, 1 normal Redfoot, 3 Hypo Redfoots, and 6 Burmese stars. I just found this forum. There is so much information from experienced keepers here. I’m excited to dive in and soak up as much husbandry knowledge as possible!

Welcome. I hope you are housing each species by themselves and not in pairs
Please jump into all the info on here. A lot of it might be very different then what you have come to know. The info on here though is the correct info for giving the best for your torts.

I originally had one of each species all living together but after a bit of research we now have a separate yard space for each species. I do have two hatchling leopards housed together but there will be three once these little ones are large enough to go outside. Should I separate the two hatchlings?

If you notice one grows bigger than the other, or see any other signs of dominance, then yes, separate them, but I have raised two at a time in the past with not problems. You just have to be attentive and act accordingly.
