new golden thread turtle wont open eyes

So i bought today a ocadia (golden thread turtle) and she is the cutest thing ever.
when i was heading home,she was just fine,however,when i put her in my turtle tank,she closed her eyes...
She swims and explores,with her eyes closed...
Is this bad?She was fine in the store and on our way home she was also fine.
What should i do??

water temp is 76 f
its well water,but the thing is,my other turtle is just fine...the ocadia on the other hand...

Pending photos of the habitat, things I would suspect:

*water temperature too low - hatchlings should be in water closer to 80*F
*something in the hard water is bothering her...test the water for degree of hardness, iron

What other species of turtle is in the habitat?
How big is the tank?
Need photos - including clear photos of the lamps and bulbs you are using...
