New here & need some help please

I have recently bought everything I need for the tortoise which I am getting this weekend, but I'm afraid I haven't got the right stuff and have a few questions.
1. I have a pretty small tortoise table (3 x 1.5) but I'll be getting a new one in a few weeks, what kind of size table is suitable for a 5/6 month old Russian tortoise?
2. The lighting has always scared me a little bit and I cannot find a definite right/wrong answer online. Is this combined UV and heat light okay? How long should I leave it on everyday? (100 watts)

3. Is a 18cm/7" light reflector thing too big for my small table?
