Here is our redfoots new home. It isnt done yet, there is going to be a second floor if my boyfriend and I can ever finish it. There are linoleum tiles underneath the repti-carpet and the sides have multiple layers of polyurethane. We also didnt realize how much moss we would need, so there will be more after this week's trip to home depot.
p.s. he is really good at hiding. try to find him. :)
.....and i cleaned out his water dish after taking the photos. he seems to drag everything with him when he gets a drink. little stinker.

Big-Red, IMHO your RF may be hiding because of the uvb lights. Most RF get there D3 from the meat protien they eat and being a more rain forest floor animal are not use to much uvb light. they seem to prefer a dimmer area that is very humid. Try reading www.Redfoots.com or www.turtletary.com I have found the setup and info on those sites most valuable.
Good luck and nice work on your enclosure so far.
