I have two Ca desert tortoises. I am from Southern Ca. My CDT are 19 and 17.
I am a 5th grade teacher and have a good collection of tortoise/turtle books my students love to read and do research on! I bring in Lupita when they know facts and it is a motivator! She is friendly and will eat out of their hands : )
Would love to add more to my backyard. I understand it is not advisable to mix species at all. Was hoping to section off a portion of my yard for box turtles. Thoughts??? I'm here to learn!!
