New member, not new owner (Sulcata)

I've lurked for a bit, and now that Sheldon is getting larger and needing an enhanced outdoor arena, I figured I'd join in, say hi...

We've had Sheldon since he was a baby, almost 7 years now.

Here he was as a baby -



And here he is today, weighs in at about 11 lbs and growing fast, has the best personality, has lived some adventures including a run in with a raccoon when he was very young and some breaking out of his outdoor habitat, only to end up at our front steps sleeping, waiting for us to come home. He's a big part of our family and I'm looking to expand his enclosure and have already found great ideas here!

What I beautiful tortoise. Sulcata was my first choice, and is what started me on my tortoise journey. I'm jealous. They seem to have such wonderful personalities. I do not have the room, nor see the room for one in my future. Welcome and thank you for sharing.
