Their names are DJ, Max and Jacob. When I purchased the babies, the seller told me they could live in this tiny plastic pond with just a little water and be fine. Of course when I got home and researched it, that is not the case. I immediately bought a 20 gallon tank for school and I have a 10 gallon tank at home for holidays. Jacob and DJ have tripled in size, and Max is still tiny. After reading someone elses’s similar problem, I’m thinking I should take the 2 big ones back to school and leave Max at home. I’ve seen others fight him for food. I’m open to suggestions. I am the model of what not to do. I want to provide them with a happy home, and my husband is willing to build one if we need to.
Thank you!

I've kept mine in a 55 gallon aquarium for about 5 years. You'll notice I have a ramp leading up to his dry enclosure with a heat lamp for sunning himself. He absolutely loves his enclosure. Best part...its very easy to clean!!!

I've been using mine since he was the size of a 50 cent piece. Didn't phase him a bit.
