pretty sure that pink is new growth. My baby has similar looking plastron although it’s a bit more white than yours.

Yes, the pink is a good healthy blood flow to the new tissue that is growing. Healthy baby!

There is a situation when the pink is more generalized and shows thru the scute itself. The tort is very sick, and has septicemia, infection in the blood. That looks more like blobs of blood under the scute.
