Those ZooMed misters are junk! It will break in a month or two. And yes, the company is very cooperative in helping you repair it, but I personally believe the crane humidifier is better.

Yes, we sawed off about a half an inch of the top. That hose is the one I used to have with the reptile fogger. You can buy vinyl tubing from Home Depot.

I successfully found the humidifier. $70.00 for the unit. Gonna give it a go. I'll let you know how it goes
