We are in Northern California and recently adopted two male Russian Tortoises. We were assured that there was no worries with these two males as they had been together from the beginning and show no aggression towards each other.

After we got them home, on closer inspection, we think that one of our little boys might be a little girl. Whoops! Posted a photo in the RT forum just to see if others can weigh in on it.

Either way, we are excited to be paired up with a pair.

Hello and WELCOME.:D. Be prepared to give them their own enclosure. From what I have read, Russians are one of the more aggressive when housing together. Keep a close eye on them and any changes in eating or hiding, roaming etc. A change may mean one is getting bullied. :D
