Hi everyone, for some time I have been saying I would be purchasing a radiated tortoise soon. That time has finally arrived! Yesterday I purchased my first radiated tortoise and I will have him or her in my hands next tuesday. I posted this thread mainly looking for some additional advice and tips.
Thanks, Ben

Here is my advice: Ship that perfect little tortoise to ME!

... not really what you were looking for, is it?

I was hoping people could maybe help me find a better care sheet than the basic one I use. I have heard Bill Zovickian has one but I cannot find the care sheet anywhere, I even went on his kingsnake profile.

My advice to you would be to get another as soon as possible.:D One thing to keep in mind if you are planning on getting any more I would get my CBW permit so you have more options on a specific tort or get the sex you want. I had Bills care sheet in my email but I cant find it. Radiated torts are very easy to care for and Ive had no problems with mine at all as far as illness goes. I will send you a pm on some of the stuff that my torts eat

I feed my rads mazuri for 3 times a week and timothy hay. Other than that my rads just graze freely

First you gotta call it a species.
