New Star....but watery eyes...eye infection

Please help me....Just brought home new star....he is 4mths old according to the shopkeeper....
From my observation he is weak and both his eyes are watery and it's irritating him
Can't see him hurt....it's painful
Pls advice something to get rid of the infection and watery eyes
Any suggestions and help is welcomed

Did you notice the type of bulb and substrate the pet shop were using ?
If you are now away from coiled bulbs or sandy substrate etc and your enclosure, heating, lighting and diet are good he may make a full recovery in a day or so.
I hope so.
Are you certain the eyes are infected or is it a physical irritation like sand, dust or substrate particles ?
