I've read a lot of tortoise and cat posts and most of what I've learned is:

Cats will use a tortoise enclosure for a litter box.

Tortoises eat cat poop.

Cats also like to sleep on top of tortoise enclosures.

But I've never read of a cat harming a tortoise.
Dogs, yes.

You mean like this? This is the cat I am concerned about as he is super nosy. This is Pogo in the quarantine tank when he got really sick.
