Hi,

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say "Hello"
I keep Hermanns and have four. I've got Ebbie, Rosie, Twiglet and Percy.
I've just ventured into the tropical and have become the proud owner of an Indian Star called Timber and a Cherryhead Redfoot called Ruby. They're both CB summer 2015.
I love all tortoise and find them so interesting.

I do have a host of other pets too.
I've got three dogs, one parrot, one guinea pig, two chameleons, one bearded dragon, one crested gecko two leopard geckos, five royal pythons, seven cornsnakes, one hognose snake and nine tarantulas!!

Sounds a lot but they're all very special and mean the world to me.

I look forward to reading the forum posts and getting to know everyone.

Welcome to TFO! And what, no cats?

We used to have cats and I loved them very much.
I'd love another but it wouldn't be fair because my parrot is out a lot.
The dogs take no notice of her but I couldn't expect a cat to leave her alone!

Wow. You could start your own reptile zoo. :)
I had snakes when young. They can be interesting - especially at feeding time! If you take some time & read the species specific Stickeys you can greatly accelerate the learning curve.

People here are quick to answer questions too. Great resource.

Good fortune to you.
