Hello I'm from la Puente ca I'm looking for a Russian tortoise .Willing to pay for shipping. I'm planning on making an outside enclosure . Can anyone help me find one? And also ideas for an outside enclosure.

Oh man are you in luck! There is a fantastic russian breeder not too far from you in the foothills. Her name is @Carol S . I bought six babies from her a few years ago and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend her, and you won't have to ship either!
