Hi there! We're owners of a 7 year old Sulcata, and today the parents to an unknown aged Sulcata that someone found in their yard. We keep "Butters", or older tort in a mobile, home made pen, where he can get as much natural sun and grass as he/she would like. We have noticed, in comparison photos, that our tort is small for its age.
The new tort, has some pyramiding- previous owners fed it cabbage and lettuce. :(
We welcome any and all helpful tips!

The photo next to a foot, is Butters
The one being held is the one we obtained today

Welcome.
Sulcata are so much fun. Both of mine dug their own tunnels - they now are 50 lbs & 17 lbs. they sure can require allot of space !

Glad you can give them outside time with natural sunlight. Lots of water.

Hardy animals !
Good fortune with them.
