I just got my sweet girl Hazel this past Tuesday. She is a little nervous but is in good health. She's eating regularly and exploring her table (6x3). Eating recommended weeds and dark greens (dandelion, endive, collard, etc). She gets the calcium powder and is provided a cuttlebone. I'm unsure if she is drinking any water.

Unfortunately I'm becoming concerned because I have not seen her expel any urates or feces during her soaks. She has pooped in the enclosure. But Zero sign of urates. But she just clams up every time I soak her. She doesn't move and nothing happens. I soak every other day for 30 minutes.

Any ideas about this? Should I soak her more? Thanks for the help!

All is well. :)
If she is pooping in the enclosure, just spot clean. My girl rarely poops in her bath, either.
If the tortoise is nicely hydrated you won't always get urates, or not much. This too is great.

When they are well hydrated they often won't pass urates at all. Nothing to be concerned about.

Now that you've seen urates, you likely won't see them again if you continue to soak every other day.
