Not eating old favorites

Up until the last few weeks Diego's favorite food was cactus pad. He would pick those bits out and eat them first. Lately eat eats around them and as far as I can tell he isn't eating any of the cactus. Any one else experience this? Have any ideas why this would be?
I don't always have cactus cause I have to drive to a farther grocer to get it so I don't think I've over fed it. Diet otherwise consists mostly of weeds and flowering plants.

Sometimes if I eat banana cream pie for like 4/7 days I won't eat it again for like 6mos.

My tortoise loves cactus.

Until she doesn’t. She’ll certainly turn down store bought if she’s recently had fresh.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

Yeah dont worry about it, my tort Ollie was loving pumpkin during harvest and now he won't touch it...
