Organic Flowers?

I'm not quite sure if this belongs here. But I was shopping at the store a couple days ago, and I came across some organic edible flowers. I couldn't find a flower list with pictures (I know nothing about flowers and I'm very new to this and not sure if organic necessarily means safe) but I was wondering what these were, and if they were safe for my two Russian tortoises to munch on?

Please let me know, very curious!
