Hello,

I’m gonna start building my tort’s enclosure soon and I would like to know how deep to put the fences into the ground to avoid rodents/other predators. Is 20 cm deep enough ? I have read about putting wires in a L shaped shape but I don’t really get it, if someone could try to explain I would appreciate it.

Thank you

For my outdoor enclosures, I dig a trench about 8-10" deep and fill it with concrete. Then build my cinder block walls on top. I keep Russians (serious diggers) and Greeks.

Ah yeah that's good ! Would bricks be ok instead of cinder blocks ?
