I think still to young. My Redfoot is about the same size and I was told still to young.

The thing is, at that age they all look female.
So it's still too early to tell.
Males will get a longer tail. General V shaped anal scutes and the plastron with begin to get dished, concaved. (My early guess would be a male)
We have members that can pick up on those things earlier than myself. But I'm not sure any of us can give you a 100% answer.
At any rate, it's a nice looking animal.
