Pet gps?

Hello!
I have a dog who really likes to escape every once in a while! She was abused before I got her and will not go to anyone!
Today she got out (thankfully due to calling out ALL of my friends to look while I am at a funeral in georgia she is home safe and sound), but her garmin is not working, I was wondering if anyone has anything they use successfully with their pets? I am currently looking at the Tagg tracker system. Any reviews?

Also, somehow when I did this on my phone I managed to put it in the wrong section. Could a mod switch this?
