There have many negative comments on chain petshops (I myself have done this) but I have to make a positive comment on Petsmart. On Saturday went my local store to get catfood. As usual I checked out Herp section and struck up conversation with a salesperson. They had a Chubby frog and I found out it only had one eye. The salesperson said that it being "defective" that it was up for adoption (0$). As I had other errands on a 90 degree day, I left without it. Sundy I went back and adopted it. Speaking with the manager I found that they have a program for adopting out "defective" or as I like to say less than perfect animals. This is a chain wide policy as there are forms for this,
