Pink organ coming out of my star tortoise

I live in India and I own an Indian star tortoise since a year .. I am not really sure if its a male or a female but recently while I soaked it in water for excretion I saw a pink round organ coming out while it was excreting and went back in as soon as it was done..I am really worried please help me out! I am attaching a picture too. I have been noticing this since a few days now! Is there a problem?

As long as it goes back in it's normal. You have yourself a boy. He's just flashing you. Nothing to worry about. It will get longer/bigger with time.
